I'm a regular here (few times a week). I always go for the regular or large salad where you get to pick what you want.nnThey have vegetarian options, or meat options. And you can have as much or as little protein as you want from these guys (through your choice of salad combinations).nnMy favorites are Chicken Pesto Penne, Chicken Chorizo salad, and Pulled Pork salad are some of my favourite combinations from here. They're very consistent in quality, customer service, and reasonably priced as well. I hope these guys add a few more locations around Perth!

I come here often and I'm getting tired of the inconsistency of the portion sizes, they're either empty and you're left unsatisfied with a overpriced taste less bowl of lettuce, or you're surprised, finally you get what you pay for, and you have left overs for later.. one particular girl I avoid only grabs lettuce and avoids and fillings then when I request for some protein and other fillings she intentionally grabs the crumbs of chicken in the corner of the full salad trays. Ordered a ceasor salad and I have a bowl of lettuce and dry chicken, no sign of anything that resembles a ceasor salad.

I come here several times a week and the food is always fresh and delicious. Great salads, wraps/paninis, brownies and coffee.These guys get absolutely run off their feet in the lunch rush but they maintain friendly efficient service all day.

Outstanding food + bang for your buck. Perfect for getting quality/healthy food during rush hours. The staff here are very friendly and extremely accommodating. I always purchase the chicken/avocado wrap and will be coming back for more. check them out

It’s good salad and I frequented here almost 5 times a week for a long time, but the portion sizes are inconsistent and too many times I end up with a 12 dollar bowl of lettuce! Today my bowl was half full and it’s totally unacceptable.nnDon’t waste your time and money, get them same ingredients down stairs at Woolworths.
