If you like to get away from the rat race and enjoy peace and quiet in delightful and comfortable surroundings, then this is the place for you. The Old Pottery is equipped with a high chair and travel cot so it is a great place for young families. The beach sand is lovely with trees reaching almost to the water's edge at high tide. Except for the local cafe, it is a drive to eating places but cooking with such ocean views is a pleasure. The weather in June was mostly cool and sunny with the occasional rainy day. Just look out the window in the morning and decide what to do each day.

This is one of my all-time favourite places.
