Subway

2 Servers on. 1 was doing another order then started mine. Put some product on when toaster went off for other order. Didn’t finish putting all my product on then went back to first customer. Second server picked up my order and put in toaster. When I said 1st server hadn’t finished I was made to feel stupid. Had to point it out when out of oven. Then they wanted to leave product raw. Should concentrate on one order at a time.

If I could rate this place a 0 star rating I would. I came in yesterday afternoon to buy my regular chicken salad. This was my first time at this subway and the young girl serving was extremely rude and blunt towards me. Usually the salad is filled to the top with my chicken. This girl barely filled the container half way. I asked 3 times for her to put more salad in, and all she did was put 3 extra spinach leaves and 1 slice of tomato. This was my worst experience at a subway, as this has never happened at any other restaurant. When I asked her to put more filling in, she became even more rude. Her attitude was basically get out and just give me your money. Will never be coming here again. Whoever is the manager at this store needs to train their workers to make a salad. I work in retail myself, and would never ever treat a customer this way. Even if I was having a bad day.

The customer experience was mediocre at best and workers seemed very unenthusiastic with their job. The subway itself was not wrapped up properly and the order of the salads matters more than the customer experience. Not recommended if you value food quality standards.

Barley any toppings and the staff are not very polite I’ve never been to a subway that has such small portions also one that refused to add more lettuce..even though they had no spinach..I won’t be back to this outlet . Times must be tough if you can’t give a decent/normal amount of lettuce.

normally wouldn’t have a fuss with this subway the staff are normally great, but today one of the staff was just rude and moody. very unhappy with the service provided, not to mention i noticed that half of the topping i would normally use were not there.
