Amazing service!! They accidentally left a piece of chicken out of our box but ran out the front to call us before we could drive away. Majority of fast food places wouldn't even think twice about a missing item, happy they went the extra mile. And food was delicious ud83dudc4c tender chicken and tasty sweet potato fries ud83dude01ud83dude01

Tried their new Chesus burger, so disappointedud83dudc4e, asked 3 times for crunchy chips, I heard the girl ask the worker if they were crunchy, he said yes, my bad, they were crunchy like mashed potato is crunchy ud83dudc4e. Their new cheesy nuggets aren't too bad but that's it. So nearly all down hill and I can see no reason for me to ever return there ‼ufe0f

There was almost no gravy in the Chicken Loaded Chips with gravy deal. Also the chips tasted fairly undercooked.

Really bad customer service, staffs are incompetent and confused. The last two times I came here, they missed something from my order. This time, not only 2 staffs mishandled order - but hostile manager really put me off. They admitted their store is a mess, system is a mess. Will not come back here ever.

Absolutely appalled. Went to order a kids meal, and was told the wait would be 7 minutes. I turned around in shock, and saw 2 people waiting. Waited a total of 10 minutes, and finally got my order. Then another man that was there when I got there, he was a delivery driver, and had been there 15 minutes! Over all appalling service.nnIf I could I’d give them half a star
