Sushi Hub Midland Gate

I grew up with Japanese culture, so I'd say most sushi in Perth are super awful. If you don't put enough vinegar in rice, then it's called rice, not sushi!! But this Sushi Hub has pretty good sushi and has more vegetarian options than other sushi shops!

I'm surprised that this place only has 2 chairs for dining in. We traveled quite a bit with 2 little kids as we planned to redeem our entertainment bookand and ended up in Hans Cafe instead.

This is a very new addition to the Midland gate shopping centre, sushi hub, be it only small it has a good variety of sushi rolls.nThe sushi rolls that you get from here a fresh tasty and at least 10% larger than any other sushi store in the shopping centre, And they are also very well priced at a minimum of around three dollars.nOne of my favourite sushi rolls is the seaweed or any vegetarian one but that seaweed one is delicious.nI will often stop at this sushi place as for price, taste and size you really can’t go wrong

I have tried many sushi hubs around australia and this one was so far the worst quality one.

Delicious and beautifully made sushi rolls and boxes! Favourite ones are the Tuna avocado, Unagi, salmon, scallops! Look forward to sushi lunch everyday! Thank you!
