Centrelink and Medicare

I've had 1 horrible experience with one of the staff members here. But 9 very pleasant ones. Don't forget that most of the staff here are just trying their best. Especially in this day and age, they deserve our patience and kindness.

Never had any problems at this Office always found the staff to be caring, fast and efficient with their service. Majority of the Staff at this office just trying to do their best with what they have. The system is broken and they are working in and within a broken system, cant really blame them.

My father was taken Ill in Darwin off a cruise so urgent assistance required. The team here could not have been more helpful for my mum in helping her sort out Medicare documents and requirements. Mala was so caring and kind and we cannot thank her enough. She went over and above to help out as we are very grateful! Thank you Mala!

They are the friendliest and most effective at doing their job.

4 Calls later and I still didn't get to speak with a consultant.nMy Gov self service is not loading and I need to report my income. Also I need to make an appointment with Human Resources.nInstead of being satisfied with this service I am now stressed, anxious and very very bloody angry.
