Moil Medical Centre

My family has been coming to MMC for years and we're more than happy with the results. I have been able to get appointments quickly, the service is friendly, accurate and professional and my children are happy to come every time. They bulk bill, so I haven't had to pay for any appointments so far. Referrals to specialists has been a breeze, and the staff have responded quickly when we needed another copy sent quickly. Highly recommended.

Reception staff need to learn how to convey their message without a dismissive and rude tone. I was calling up on behalf of a client for work purposes (simply asking the staff to pass on a message) but I am also someone who lives here and occassional need to see a doctor, therefore my experience over the phone will impact on my decision when I'm looking for a doctor to go to. I know where I am not going.

Having been to the non bulk-billing medical centre in Stuart Park, I rate Moil Medical Centre well above it. As opposed to the doctor I paid $70 to see, this one had a lot more knowlewdge and was very helpful. I waited for the same amount of time, and would happily refer everyone I know to Moil over Stuart Park.

Always pleasant and helpful staff. Have been going here for years now. The fact that it is bulk billing is also a huge win for me and my family.
