This lake should be renamed Doublefun. Lots of history, truly supreme.

Not a lot to see when we arrived, swarming with flies and mosquitoes. However, from the pictures, it seems there's another side to the lake that we didn't visit.

This is where Donald Campbell broke the world water speed record in 1964. Previously that year he had broken the world land speed record in Lake Eyre. It is a pretty cool place to visit with nice views. Recommended.
