Have been for lunch and dinner this month and the food is amazing! Authentic Italian and the team in the kitchen have been great with a couple of deviations on the menu, a dish I’ve only eaten in Rome, and the guys were happy to whip it up!nnThe best gluten free pizzas I have ever eaten as two in our family need to eat gluten free!nnHad our wedding reception at the restaurant and the guys put on a great night and all of the staff were friendly and accommodating!nnDefinitely one of our favourite spots now after finding this little gem!

My family called in and ordered simple cheese pizzas this evening. When the order arrived it was not correct, rather than acknowledging that there was a communication issue, the waitress proceeded to give my family a lecture on what constituted a cheese pizza. When she entered the kitchen she proceeded to complain to the chef about my family as customers, this conversation was clearly heard by my family waiting for the replacement pizzas. When she bought the new pizzas out, rather than bringing them to my family, she slammed these down on a table, dismissively pointed to them and said, there's your pizza, and approached a new customer. This service was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing, my husband had apologised for our families part, and was so disrespected by this staff member that we will not returning to this establishment. Really sad that staff have no comprehension in relation to being professional and the reason why they are working at an establishment. BTW, this has been written by a family that owns businesses that rely on customer to stay afloat, we have NEVER posted a negative review in our lives previously, but felt that there was no alternative in this situation.
