Excellent hidden burger joint! Easily one of the best in Perth. Staff were perfect; I even watched them carefully construct burgers with great concentration while waiting to order!nSmash burgers were crispy and delicious, Nashville chicken was spicy and so good. Tenders were cooked and spiced to perfection. Highly recommend.

I remember Two Stacks from a memory of my drunken stumblings at a beer festival. They only had two simple items on the menu, the smell that was coming from their stand was overwhelmingly mouth-watering-- but alas, many a food stalls have deceived me with their smells, leaving me disappointed with the taste. As I was handed my burger, I braced myself for the forthcoming let-down... Except, it never came. I was flooded with meat candy-- those crispy, lacy edges of their perfectly smashed patties, the perfect amount of sauce and keeping the simplicity without many toppings. I found the best burger I'd ever had. It wasn't hard to see why they kept their menu so small, they were confident in what they had, and they'd perfected it. It wasn't until a few months later, I'd actually rediscovered Two Stacks after they announced they were setting up shop. I'd forgotten their name the day after the beer festival, and was heartbroken and hungover-- at least, until the day I'd found them again. The burger I had on that night, is still the burger I had yesterday, still the best burger I've ever had.

You might feel Perth is at saturation point of burger places as of 2021. But make room in your life for one more, the new king of burgers in my books. The smashed patty has edges like you’ve never tried before, and the bacon. The bacon. Howtf you guys doing that? Like some bacon/crackling hybrid.

I had the chipotle smash and Nashville tenderloins and chips. Perfectly cooked. Nice and spicy and the chips were lovely. I will 100% be back. the best burger iv had in ages. Thanks

Great burgers, and very friendly staff. My new favorite burger spot.
