I have called this office twice for assistance. 1. May 2020 : Referred me to a Private lawyer as they could not assit me. 2. 15/12/20 : Refered me to Citizens advice bureau as they could not advice if a consent order can be extended or should I resubmit. My experience is extremely dissapointing.

After being falsely accused of traffic infringement try to fight it in court couldn't afford Maltenover expert so lost case. Went onto my police record A traffic infringement? Now I cant get work and it stays there for 10 years and because it's a traffic infringement I have I have no way of taking it to court to appeal it as Legal Aid don't deal with traffic infringement? What the heck? I didn't even do anything! They kept the other side of the photo secret so the real cuplrit walks free! Our justice is @#%#ed

Legal Aid provide an invaluable service to the community. We need more organisations like this.
