It's a shame you can't give zero star reviews to companies such as this one. By far this so called "business" is the most corrupt, incompetent and thieving company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my 34 years of trading. I am currently in negotiations with my solicitors to receive a refund from Denton's (due to an over payment) after 4+ months still no refund.

They were responsible for settling a mortgage discharge for me and were absolutely useless. The settlement was delayed by them, they were non communicative with me, they were incompetent and dishonest when I finally did manage to talk to them.. ie when they weren't putting me and hold and failing to get back to me!!! I would have given them 0 stars if it was possible...

Very unprofessional. Absolute lack of communication. They do not bother to return phone calls/messages. You can't complain about their service because there isn't any.

Unprofessional and negligent. Lack of attention to detail, poor timeframes, deadlines not met, poor quality, poor communication. Don't touch them.
