I had issues that started with work place bulling and micro managing which lead to health issues. I was told to pay $660 for 1hr consult to send through all my paperwork which i did. They had a week to read through my paperwork then discuss it . He had not read my paperwork he was not prepared he was not professional in any aspects. I spent 45min going over what he should of been preplanned to do. I felt cheated and robbed as i had a good case. Obviously not enough money in it for them. The little person does not count to them. Money i couldnt afford to waste was wasted.

Paid nearly $8k for a FC matter a few years ago, solicitor was always late in corresponding or just didn't bother, missed a FC court date because he forgot about it, not sure why but apparently he was transferred back to Melbourne and my matter got lost until I had to chase it up myself with his supervisor, you know you've provided a poor service as a solicitor when the FC judge recommends to the client that they have a good case to refer to the legal practitioners board. The only positive was a full refund of my fee's but cold comfort when the solicitor's incompetence cost the client more than that due to poor performance.
