On the law side of the work and MDC legal knowledge was good however we were not impressed for the cost vs service level. we paid almost $4000 for a single letter where I sent to the employer. we have been charged for every bits and pieces you can imagine and we have been charged for the extra person in the meeting to take the minutes. As an example, we were changed $110 from MDC legal for a simple response 1 line email to reflect they dont feel they need to company us into a meeting with the employer, and when i reject to the cost they came back and responded they think $110 was fair to charge for the 1 line response. sometimes people had to have a sense of humor.
