From the moment you drop your keys off until you are handed back your keys after your car has been worked on and even given a complimentary clean, I definitely have no complaints.nnWith enough notice, they will also provide you with a loan car to borrow while they work on your car (free of charge) - so you can get some shopping done or alternatively there is a tearoom with a tv, coffee machine, water cooler, magazines and a fridge filled with variety of soft drinks.nnHighly recommend these guys. Took my Amarok in here on a Monday morning with a broken tensioner. The guys had me back on the road by midday. And I continued my trip.nVery happy!

1 star is too much, dishonesty should be negative rating! We heard a light knocking noise from front left wheel, to be safe drive in to the dealer and asked if someone could take a quick look and provide advice. The very friendly service manager kindly put the car on ramps and 10 mins later delivered the bad news that the front left bearing was gone, unsafe to drive. I wasn't totally convinced so called Peter Wilson Automotive to get a second opinion. Long story short - it was a loose nut on a drive component, nothing wrong with the bearing. I could tolerate a bad diagnosis if the car hadn't been put on ramps and inspected. So I can only conclude that it was a deliberately misleading statement, perhaps even unconscionable conduct. Watch out for the very friendly service manager....
