I appreciate Glenn, the supervisor's expert opinion on my 22 year old Prado. After I drove from Melbourne to Mt Gambier, I noticed fluid dripping from the engine bay. I took my car to Noel Barr Toyota just before the service department closed for the day. Glenn and his colleagues were still very happy to listen my concern. My car was lifted up and we went underneath to look for the potential leaks. Fortunately, it was condensation water from the drain pipe.nI greatly appreciated that he took my concern seriously and tried to solve the problem. Although I regularly service my car in Toyota Camberwell, Glenn treated me as I feel I am his regular customers. He treated me with enthusiasm and interest despite I am mechanic idiot ud83dude05.
