The most disappointing experience.nnExtremely bad at communicating, from the first installation date onwards. Very difficult to get installation when promised.nnAdmin staff need to learn customer service, job co ordination, and most of all, effective and truthful communication.nnWe paid top price for the granite and had requested the mapping of waterfalls.nWe were extremely disappointed when mapping was not done. Again, no communication with us or the kitchen supplier to discuss mapping.nnDisappointed and would not recommend.

Thank you Jo, Kath and the boys. Our vanity tops are beautiful, we love them, particularly the waterfall edge. The installers were punctual, polite and professional. Colin and I would and will, highly recommend you all.
