Wokinabox Banksia Grove

Was told dinner would take 15 minutes! 26.5 minutes later (yes my child was timing on her new watch) and I’m still sitting here and no they’re not busy.nGet home to find every single meal has curry powder in it. Honey chicken with curry power, Singapore noodles over killed with curry powder, Mongolian beef with curry powder and special fried rice was NOT special at all. No flavour what so ever. Have been to Wok in a box in Duncraig and their meals are far superior.nLift ya game Banksia Grove because you’re about the only noodle place in the area and you’re disgusting!

Over 10 days ago, I found a shard of glass in my noodles. It was about 5cm long and very sharp. After contacting the restaurant, I was told that they had searched the kitchen and couldn't find the source of the glass, so there was nothing they could do. I spoke to the Head of National Operations, Katie Payne, and her dismissal of me was laughable. After explaining what could have happened if I had swallowed the glass and that it was not my problem that they couldn't locate any glass; she dismissed me. I was offered a refund on my food, but I was told it wasn't their fault I found glass in my meal. I am still yet to receive my refund, and I am left outraged that they took no responsibility for their mistake, instead insinuating that this was my problem. I'm in disbelief that after involving both the state business manager and the franchise partner, nothing could be done about the incident. I can guarantee that I will not be returning to Wokinabox for any more crunchy surprises in my meal. I suggest anyone who eats here be on the lookout for any inedible objects that could cause serious harm if ingested, as you may be blamed for something out of your control as well.

Tried their fried rice a few times in the last few months mostly less on salt..but their fried chicken today tasted weird and hard to chew.. their customer service is good but food needs huge improvement .. not going here anytime soon..

The old man serving us knew nothing about the menu and could not converse properly in English. Make sure you get someone else to serve you. $40 for lunchud83eudd10 and we ended up throwing half of it away
