McDonald's Tapping

A new and modern look at this MacDonald's. Even the way you order your meals inside is completely modernised with there being only one way via the touch screens. It doesn't mean that you can't pay cash and get table service here though. Just be sure on of the staff members working in the kitchen area sees that you're waiting for them to attend the register if you need to pay cash because they won't start making your meal until it's paid for. The staff were very friendly and appear to aim to please. But if you're in a hurry I would recommend going through drive through, it appears to be their top priority before their walk-in patrons.

After waiting over 6 minutes for a latte in the drive thru, I had to wait another 3 for my banana bread. I requested it not to be toasted and when I got a toasted one and asked for it to be replaced I got attitude... and a fridge cold, unwrapped (bagged though) piece of banana bread with an extra side of attitude. No knife, no butter.nFeel really sorry for the lovely manager as I could see she actually had some hustle.

Slow service even when not busy. Food just warm and have had to return it twice. Managers doing a decent job and have been helpful but obviously store manager isn't training staff on proper procedures. Banksia grove way better run store.

Out of the 4 McDonald's I visit in my area I only like this one. Tastes better. Size seems larger and coke tastes like coke. Could be cleaner. Toilets need soap and a clean. In general I'd go back for more meals. But only in the drive thru. The inside seems like it could use another midday mop. Too many flies does spoil the atmosphere.

Outstanding customer service by every staff member I dealt with. Professional, friendly and happy! Food was freshly cooked. Extremely fast service. Thank you!!
