Red Rooster Balcatta Northlands

Got short changed in drive-thru and when I asked about it apparently I gave 5 cents too little? How convenient that he didn't ask for 5 cents more until I asked for my change. Very unprofessional. Paying by card from here on in to avoid that situation.

Now this is a fast food restaurant I would rave about! Lets just say food was fresh and delicious but the real thing that stood out was the customer service. The girl at the drive thru was beyond lovely! I believe her name was Montana, she helped us choose amazing items and then was so patient as I was looking for my phone to pay. Her Friendly and Helpful attitude has just gained Red Rooster Balcatta a very very happy customer.

Usually capable of crispy fresh chips and fresh chicken here. One of the nicer Red Roosters north of the river.

Good chicken and snacks at reasonable pricing, especially the $5 Lunches.
