I can’t even begin to express how thankful I am for the team at Lawnswood. I am so grateful to Karen and Annie for being so sweet throughout our initial correspondence because I was completely lost and unsure of the procedure. I’m also grateful to Peter for his services and being gentle during pick up and drop off. He was also kind enough to accomodate my circumstances. It has been a tough week however the team at Lawnswood made the entire process so easy and calming. I’m happy my baby is home now and she was delivered in a beautiful package. I was devastated when we lost our family dog of 14 years. The staff at Lawnswood were very empathetic and today I received Flash's ashes with a beautiful candle, the crystal keepsake I purchased and small metal box with his ashes. The person who brought Flash home was very kind and I appreciate how understanding the staff were and how special they made Flash's journey feel. He was a full part of our family.
