Needed a Fujitsu 7.3kw split fixed under warranty due to a 99 error code. Called and left a message for Paul who called me back the same day. He organised with Fujitsu to send a part up (turns out it was a poxy little thermostat cable/connection that stopped the unit from turning on). Great communication leading up to the time he turned up on the door step. Knocked over the job in a efficient, neat and professional manner. He mentioned he was flat out and was finding it tough to keep up with demand so this review probably won't help in that aspect.

The guys from Top End Chill installed a 3.5kw split system at my place on Friday and did a great job. Their quote for the job was very reasonable and actually better than another local businesses quote by nearly $800. The install job was neat and tidy and the system works perfectly. No complaints here and I highly recommend this business.
