With no actual seating anywhere I sat at a computer desk to use my laptop. 15 minutes later staff asked me to "sit on the floor or leave" because she couldn't be bothered finding another chair for someone seeking the computer. Great experience :)

A nice library, a good range of children's books but I am yet to have a positive encounter with a staff member. Most recently I was unable to take my child to a scheduled activity as, despite arriving early and making eye contact with the librarian, I was not given an entry pass. As I had not been to the activity before I was unaware I needed one. Families that arrived after us were given one, which prompted me to ask but at that stage it was too late and I was told to wait an hour for a different activity. This was the proverbial straw, I'm afraid. If only the CoB followed CoS lead and allowed for online booking. So easy, and no risk of being left with an upset toddler. Final point, the fact that you can't return the books within the library is a joke. Holding a pile of books with two small children, you'd hope the librarian could extend herself to accept the returns rather than point you back out the door to an external return slot that requires you to endure a tedious scanning process to access the slot.

They only have 1 scanner , I cant book it and have to wait 40 mins to be able to sit in the comp with scan machine . The library should make a computer with scanner available for a customer that need to scan documents .Someone sitting in that computer with the scanner machine not even using the scanner machine,poor service

Fantastic place! Huge selection of novels, travel guides and magazines. You can scan, print and surf on the web. Comfy sofas to sit down with the newspaper and very helpful staff. I love this library!
