Gear was not fitted correctly. Bought 2x climbing harnesses which were fitted in store. We are beginners so relied on the advice of the store attendants for a correct fit. On going to a climbing gym, the gym owner said the harness did not fit correctly and were unsafe. We tried to return the gear but there is a complete no return policy. Understand this is due to safety, but the reason for purchasing products from a store like this is to get the fitting correct the first time - very disappointed.

product was very good, some staff was nice but please didn’t ask your customers are you already pay it, try to ask your colleagues , that would be better. I didn’t have any expect to your business, after I paid, I saw something nice and looked it. I was still in the shop, the staff asked me didn’t I already pay it. I was in the shop not outside, although I didn’t pay. outdoor gear, people can buy any outdoor shop, not only your shop, it was difference to food , the restaurant cook great food , not very good service, people maybe still visit again. anyway thank you your reply and let me know Paddy Pallin 🙂all the best

Went to the store as this is the only store in Perth that stocks high quality major brands for camping gear (MSR, Marmot, NF, Patagonia...). We were met by friendly staff that had plenty of knowledge about anything we would ask. We were helped by Tam to pick a bunch of stuff, she had so much patience and knowledge and really helped us with our gear, not trying to sell us the most expensive gear but really trying to get the perfect fit for our needs which she did perfectly! She literally spent 2 hours helping us, I really can't remember when was the last time we experienced such great service. The other staff was also extremely friendly and helpful and would provide additional advice when needed. Loved every second and can't wait to come back, you guys are honestly the best store I've been to in Perth! Thanks and see you soon!
