Ordered the medium bouquet from Lilypilly for my girlfriend as part of her birthday gift. Initially, there was a mix up with the order and the flowers went out a week early. However, after I notified LilyPilly, they replied promptly and arranged another bouquet to be sent out on her birthday. The flowers from both bouquets were were delightful and wonderfully arranged. The flowers were fresh and absolutely beautiful! Thank you Lilypilly for the great service and prompt reply! 5/5 stars!!!

Lilypilly florist is a very good company and the Australian native flower bouquet i ordered for a special someone was received witn lots of love. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful and the extra gifts they have on offer are definitely recommended by me. First time I have used these guys was this week. Absolutely amazing. Did it all on line, quick, simple and very easy. So when my friend received her delivery I was gobsmacked at how gorgeous the arrangement was and the service from these guys was second to none. I walked in off the street to get some arrangements done for a function. The lady behind the counter saw me and promptly ignored me. She then spent the next 5 minutes with her friends bagging their husbands and how terrible they are - still ignoring me until after waiting 5 minutes I walked out and went to the next shop I would have been happy to wait 10 minutes for her to finish her rant over how her friend should stop pandering to whoever it was she was pandering to if i simply got a "Hi I'll be with you shortly"
