My boyfriend sent me flowers on July 10th (the day we were going to get married) to my workplace to brighten my day. He called me close to the end of my shift asking me if anything had come to me, I said no. Clementine Flowers delivered the bouquet at 17:45 that Friday, so I was already home. I saw the flowers on Monday the 13th when I went to work. The courier did not even ask for me (If I was in the building at least) and left the flowers with someone else. I sent an email and called to complain on the 15th. Anita answered on the 17th saying that she had replied to my email and called, but I did not find any emails or missed calls. I asked for a refund but Anita continued debating that nobody told her it was an am delivery, and that if the envelope said "am delivery" it was because it was ready for the morning run but the couriers apparently had a very busy day so it was delivered later in the day. She did not even try to contact the company that hired them for the delivery, she just justified saying nobody told her it was an early delivery. Unfortunately in that very sad but important day I did not get flowers and staff did not even try to sort things out, a shame.

A little piece of heaven on the Cambridge Street strip. Do yourself a favour and pop in for a fabulous visual and sensory experience. In addition to a gorgeous selection of flowers and pot plants, you will find gifts for every occasion. Great service from Anita - she will always go the extra yard.

My go to for school balls. Anita has a beautiful shop, and likewise superb corsage and button holes. Her craft is spot on.
