Both my Engagement and Wedding ring were made by Monroe York. My Fiancé had a very good experience with them when choosing a diamond and designing a ring. When it came time to buy a wedding ring, the team made sure that it would match nicely with my engagement ring and suggested modifications from the standard design to ensure it would be perfect. A few days before our wedding, the team arranged for polishing of my engagement ring for no charge. I would recommend Monroe York for sure!

It is a scary experience ordering anything online, however, I had the best experience!! I was given a time frame for when the ring would be ready and indeed the ring was ready then. My ring was send to Sydney from Brisbane via DHL and Supun called me the day I collected the ring and even had the courtesy to ask if I could talk so I wouldnt spoil the surprise..She said YES by the way!!!!

The services from Supun (sales guy) and Monroe York Diamonds are nothing short of revolting and I have no idea how they are in business when I look at the way they service (or should I say don't service) their customers.nnI gave them 6 weeks notice for a ring that I wanted to give my wife for our one year anniversary.nThis was just an off the shelf piece, no articulate custom design or anything out of the ordinary.nnI had an entire weekend away planned in the Hunter Valley and had organised the Hotel where we were staying that I wanted the room decorated a certain way so that when my wife walked in I could present her with the gift.nnI started to chase Supun after about 4.5 weeks.nI got no reply.nAfter a few days of emails and phone calls he decided to let me know that my ring was not going to be ready in time because they had made it out of Gold instead of Platinum like I had ordered and already paid for.nnI was leaving on a Friday and he told me the night before I could pick up the ring from Sydney Airport Friday night after 6pm when it was arriving from Brisbane if I really wanted it.nnSo I got a notification from the courier that he had left it at my address at 945pm Friday night.nI was well and truly gone by then.nnThey are suppose to issue a certificate (for insurance purposes) with the ring and I've chased them on various occasions for that also.nStill waiting....nnDONT EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE. EVER!!!
