I couldn't leave my house due to illness but my wife had a birthday so I thought I have to get her something. I found this florist on google and placed an order for flowers and a few gifts to be delivered to my home, and a few hours later courier has delivered it. Wife came home from work and was so delighted. Great to have services like this one.

I am very disappointing with The Flower Look as I have send 2 email's requesting information on an urgent delivery I requested and as yet have not had a reply. If business acted like this in Cape Town they would not last long.
I am forced to give one star but they should get zero.

I'm actually from Mexico but I have used this florist a couple of times and they have been great. Good selection of flowers and gifts to choose from. Very professional service, they even emailed me picture of the flowers prior to delivery! Definitely will buy again when I need flowers. Definitely recommend them.
i was looking for a florist in northern suburb to send some flowers and this one pop up. The online purchase was smooth and delivered the same day which helped me out a lot!! Lol.. Flowers were pretty amazing..Will be purchasing again thanks.
