Very friendly - had to change delivery address at the last minute and they were extremely helpful
No probs very quick
I use this florist all the time. Their flowers are the freshest and last for such a long time. The girls are just gorgeous and always go out of their way to look after me. Thanks
The flowers were probably delivered on the right day but they were hidden in a bush, so well that not the recipient, not her hisband, not the three kids (aged 17 to 10) noticed them!!!

I asked to print a personalized card on a plain A4 sheet - it was the 50th birthday of a dear friend of mine - and they did. In black and white...
A few years ago I was so happy with them, now the customer care doesn't exist. Very sad. Never a reply to my 3 e-mails.
There is no Magic in this establishment and no empathy for customers who have loved ones laying ill in the Joondalup Hospital. Tried to place an order for family member, who had just had emergency op. Called at 9am and requested arrangement to be delivered to the room by 12 when awaking from recovery. Much to my disgust, Flower Magic apparently were far to busy to walk "10 mins" to make the delivery within the hospital.
Very poor service
Called a mobile florist "Thinking of you" and they went above & beyond to carry out my request. They sent a photo of arrangement and sent a message when arrangement was hand delivered to the patient.
