Staff were helpful and friendly and was able to get what I was looking for without hassle.

Worst customer service. Wanted to buy a gift for my cousin, who came along with me, but the lady staff was arrogant and rude. Doesn't have patience for even 5 mins. They discriminate by appearances and the lady doesn't have manners. I couldnt get the lady name as there wasn't a name batch on her. I can recognise the lady who spoke to me. Even after purchasing she was asking me for $2 for a bag, whereas previously when I shopped it was free, when asked she replied vaguely and rudely. It was a disappointing experience. Pathetic. She doesn't even know about customer service. My cousin got disappointed with that shopping experience.

Ashley has the best customer service I have ever received my mother and I were very impressed and the store was so well maintained
