Clean facilities, easy cash free usage, but the front door step is a major trip hazard. It needs to be fixed ASAP, it's especially dangerous when people are carrying baskets of washing in and out!
EDIT- The same feedback was left about the step a year ago and you said you would address it, did you actually do anything as it's still a major trip hazard.
Clean and easy to use, especially with the app. No need to carry coins.
My only issue has to do with parking, the spaces out the front are usually all take while the laundromat is empty of people and all machines are available. Would be appreciated if at least 3 parking bays were reserved for laundromat customers only. The mobility shop next door seems to have achieved that.
The laundromat is extremely clean and fresh and almost 5 star perfect !!!
BUT ........ The doorstep is the biggest pain in the rear end. Someone is going to seriously hurt themselves very soon. Although it's been painted safety yellow with good intentions, the step is considerably dangerous. I have been there on a couple of occasions now and there hasn't been anyone (except the 2 minute cleaners -another story) that haven't tripped on the step. As the holder of a white card, I deem this step dangerous !!
I would like to see this fixed asap so I can give the 5 star rating it deserves.

Very good experience. Nice clean machines and well spaced out. Needs a bit of general cleaning as I saw a small piece of pizza fallen in the corner and after two days it was still there .
Would be good to see an app on Google play store instead of using the website.
