I asked for repairs, as half of the PowerPoint in my house weren't working. He found the cause in about an hour and repaired it quickly. He explained to us verbally and properly explained the repair details on the invoice as well.nThe female operator who answered the phone was very kind. She spoke slowly and clearly for me so that I can understand easily. Thanks a lot.

Michael was very professional. They were also very prompt in doing the work, and very transparent in terms of costs - they told me up front what the costs would be and if I wanted to go ahead or not (without pressure). I would use them again.

I thought Michael and his apprentice did a great job, kept us in the loop after the initial quote on when he would take delivery of the equipment required to carry out the work. Followed through and did the jobnon the agreed day and in the time frame given.
