I’ve showed up 3 times in the last 2 weeks and they have been shut, there was a notice on their door saying they will be back on the 15th. Went again this morning the notice was gone but they were still closed with no explanation Kinda annoying when you go to do a late tax with some good people with no explanation as to why they are closed.

Highly unsatisfied by lack of staff knowledge and training. Multiple visits required due to errors, poor record keeping and poor communication. Was a return customer but not worth returning again.
