Don’t go here!!! Be weary of Rebekah lines!!!! She was all good until I paid full amount. Sent 5 emails / numerous calls and not one returned. Till now nothing is given to me as I contracted to do my will and consent orders. Dodgy firm and this lawyer is a cheat!!!!! I will lodge a complain to the legal commissions on this firm and her.. don’t use her!!!!

Communication was great from start to finish. I cannot fault them in any way, the only solicitor to go above and beyond. I would recommend anyone to use this firm, incredible. Such professionalism, they are right on top of getting you JUSTICE, not stealing your money like all of the others. They know their law, they show it in court and they advise you every step of the way, your never in the dark. I wish we had of found you before wasting money on countless other solicitors. You're only as good as your solicitor, that's the best advice I can give anyone. They have given so much of our life back, we were going to give up, we thought we had lost, then we found them, how lucky were we. Thank you so much. Brenda and Andrew

Aylish was great from the first consultation with continued communication and advice throughout the entire process. At my court appearance she was on time and extremely professional in the way she delivered my defence case which I believed certainly helped my situation. I have no hesitation in recommending her to family and friends if any issues were presented in the future.

Spoke to the hotline. They were helpful however as soon as I paid the $295 fee to speak with Sophie at Southport for an hour - I was given no further advice or assistance. I went to my appointment and nothing Tracy on the hotline said would happen in this appointment happened. It was false represented on the hotline. Sophie just sat there and hardly said a word in the hour - stating “I can’t tell you that - I can’t advise on that - I can’t tell you that - I’m not sure”. However everything she supposedly couldn’t help me with other lawyers have and for free. She knew nothing about my case and was a complete waste of money. Don’t get sucked in by the hotline. Do your own research. I have been to free lawyers and they have given me more advice than this company. When I tried to call Tracy back they wouldn’t allow me to speak with her nor did they even allow me to complain about the service. The operator read comments Tracy made on the file about my query stating absolute incorrect facts. They just wouldn’t help. Once you pay the money they seem to not care then. I will be complaining further about this company.
