I cannot recommend Key Law enough! My partner and I were in the process of purchasing our first home in December 2020, which unfortunately fell through one day before settlement, due to the seller having a medical condition which prevented the sale from progressing. Key Law were nothing but professional and empathetic throughout the entire process. They followed up with the sellers solicitor almost daily and gave us updates promptly. They escalated our concerns to the director, and we were able to discuss and have our questions answered. We were concerned that we would not have a property to move into and a large bill to pay, but Key Law were so understanding of our situation and the fees were discounted. We were absolutely blown away with their generosity! Since then we have referred several colleagues and in May 2021, we settled on a block of land. Once again, we could not fault them. We would most definitely use Key Law in the future. Thank you!
