What can I say, my sister Kelli, had the misfortune of engaging Stone Group Lawyers Gold Coast to assist her with her separation from her long term partner of 16 yrs. After the shock and awe presentation, she was given at the initial meeting, the help/advice quickly nose-dived, apart from the constant request for money. After 2 weeks she was told that the initial Senior Lawyer who had all the facts and information, didn't have time for her case, so she was to be passed on to another Lawyer (and they at first wanted to charge her for him being brought up to speed with her case!) When she questioned them they immediately credited the invoice. In just over 5 months, my sister expressed her disappointment regarding how her matter was being handled several times, both to the senior associate and junior lawyer. Stone had zero research to do, as my sister supplied them with all records, together with a complete timeline, complete with assets and liabilities. Due to the lack of direction provided by Stone Lawyers, my sister has spent over 9k and received 3 letters. (Stone Group consistently asked my sister what they should do, my sister is NOT at LAWYER!) This is TOTALLY unacceptable. There were so many errors in the draft letters despite the detailed information provided from the very start. It was like she was dealing with a new lawyer each time she made contact and she had to chase the team for an update EVERY time. At no time did my sister feel like Stone Lawyers were on the front foot EVER! Thankfully my sister now has a lawyer who is pro-active and who in two phone discussions, has achieved more than Stone Group lawyers Gold Coast had done in 5 months. Stone Lawyers Group Gold Coast may be good in other areas but as for my sisters family law matter, they were tardy, reactive and inexperienced with the level of expertise required. Save yourself time and your hard earned money if you have a family law matter that requires complex analysis and application ud83dude21ud83dude21

Had the pleasure of engaging with Joel and Amy at Stone group Law Firm regarding a family matter, I searched for a lawyer it seemed endlessly and it wasn't till I met with Joel and Amy that I was sure I had found a law firm/ lawyers that actually wanted to listen and help with my matter, big shout out to Joel and Amy at Stone Group lawyers they are well versed in their trade, polite, efficient and cost aware, it seems Stone Group are No.1 for a reason, and I can personally vouch for that.
