I have just had my tax done for the first time with AAABA after having a really bad time with my last unprofessional accountant and I couldn't be happier with how professional, thorough and down to earth their service was. I am truly delighted and know I have found my long term accountants!! Thanks to Elizabeth, Susie and Patricia.nFrom day one they looked after me, treating me like a 'real' person and not just a number and looked after all my tax needs. I wish there was an option for just poor as the service I was given was shocking. Tax returns were a shambles costing me a lot in additional tax which shouldn't have been paid.nI would not recommend them to anyone. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else for your accounting needs, it'll save you a lot of money.

Very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL service.I had the worst experience with them and would never recommend them to anyone. They cost me a huge amount of time and money fixing up the incorrect adjustments THEY made on my ATO account WITHOUT my permission.
