Completely agree with Jack Ross, Worst tax agent ever!! Got great refund and charged me $395 fee in 2009. but entered all false deductions and ATO audited and fined me $4300. I went to ask him about it and he said I signed papers and I am responsible for it. I was on a student visa then and used my lack of knowledge in Australian tax for his excessive service charge and cheat people like me then.
