Gail and her team were exceptionally professional in handling our conveyancing needs. What would've otherwise been daunting for us, ran smoothly and efficiently thanks to Gail.nCommunication with the team was always easy and swift, especially via email.nThe team was extremely organised, all details were checked with a fine-tooth comb, our best interests were always at the forefront, and they were extremely mindful to keep our costs to a minimum.

I would highly recommend John Woulfe Solicitors at Ashmore. I have bought and sold several properties over the past 20 years and have found excellent service for all my conveyancing from John & Judy Woulfe. Recently I have had the pleasure of dealing with Gail Mclean. Nothing is too much trouble for Gail, she is totally professional and helpful with her advice and kept me fully informed throughout the entire process of selling and purchasing. They got 1 star for being able to do settlement on time. I wish I could give them no star for customer service. Terrible communication (if any). Our real estate got another client with them (same solicitor Gail McLean) and also complained about how long they took to even response to an email. They are cheaper than other good ones, but apparently you get what you pay for. If we could choose solicitor again, we would avoid them at all cost. Lots of hassle, stress, and frustration when dealing with them (even though our case is pretty straightforward, no complication)

Absolutely appalling experience with these lawyers. I went to them to get help with my purchase of a retirement unit. Gail Mclean was unprepared when I met with her and when I asked her to go over a few points she told me it didn’t matter because it wasn’t going to be my problem. The following week I asked her again to explain something to me. Her reply was no, read the disclosure document yourself. Needless to say I was very upset with her rudeness and unhelpfulness. I have used this company previously to do my will but rest assured I will be finding someone else. Only gave them one star as no zero star option!
