Cooktop died. Receptionist Kimaan, very professional & lovely to talk to on the phone. Sent Brendan to assess job in 2 days. 5 days for cooktop to arrive from homeowner. Installed next day. In & out, & no fuss. Very professional. Lucky we had a gas camping stove in the meantime, & oven... ud83dude42
