I would highly recommend 13Cabs to everyone.

We use these cabs ever 2 weeks. It's a hit or miss if you get good service and then good staff when pick up or drop off goes wrong. Lost of room for improvement. Not impressed at all. But are only option or they wouldn't get my business at all.

Taxi booked for a group of 5 from Hahndorf to Verdun SA to convey to a wedding, taxi never arrived and 15 minutes after the booking time received a call asking for further details.. would not recommend! Very unprofessional service!

If you leave something in their cabs, consider it stolen. I left a phone in one of their cabs, i can't get through to their lost property line (always closed), and have sent several requests via their online forms on their website. Haven't heard a single thing. And I know I left it in their cabs so they are a bunch of theives. No wonder they are becoming a redundant industry.. for the better too!

Id rate a big fat zero if I could. I was ready to get a cab from the shopping centre to home but the driver wasn't even wanting to do anything, just kept ignoring me so I went to the next one who was willing to take me home. All I had was one shopping bag and a huge box I picked up from Aus post and was only me and my son. I love to know why I was being ignored.
