Worst accountants ever. Refused to send xero file to our new accountants, which we had to shift to since Chan and Naylor were very poor at responding. They also allocated a huge to the suspense account which was clearly marked as to where they had to go, it took our new accountants less than 5 mins to allocate more half of those without difficulty. Extremely poor service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.
