Terrible service, would lie about claims just to get their fee..nnWent to do my tax return, was told I'd get $3500 (if I'd done it myself I would've got $2800). The claim was lodged, however the person who lodged it forgot to add one group certificate onto the claim, so I got $300 instead and had to pay ITP $150.. That employee had also quit and didn't put any of the personal claims through ontop of this.
