Pizza Hut Camp Hill

New management since 10 days giving choice of 4 pizza crusts. Margherita pizza with thin crust very tasty. Butcher's Block pizza with traditional crust great. Pick up wait 15 minutes.

Spent $36 for a delivery, pizza never came. called them up, automated response said it had been delivered, so i asked to be transferred to the store. They didn't pick up the phone. Called them again 15 minutes later, no answer. again no answer. went into the store and a fat smelly Indian guy said they didn't get the order then just stood there. so i asked him for a refund, and he said he would talk to the manager... then just stood there. So i said ok talk to the manager, and he said the manager would call me back. Never got a call back. Worst pizza shop of all time.

I love the pizza here but the guy today was about to make me pay for 2 pizza where today is buy 1 get one.

The other day we ordered wings from another Pizza Hut, and were so impressed with it that we had to have it again. The chicken was nicely cooked and the buffalo sauce was on point. Honestly, it was a great experience and I should probably do a review for that place.nnHowever, upon ordering buffalo wings from this Pizza Hut, we realised not all Pizza Huts are created equal. We should have known there was something fishy when our order was ready to pick up within minutes. Chicken needs time to cook right?nnThe chicken we got was cold and soggy. The buffalo sauce was not the same as last time either. It was actually really sweet, NOT what buffalo sauce should taste like. It’s almost as if they had extra BBQ chicken wings sitting there, saw our order come up and decided to throw buffalo sauce over old food in the hopes we wouldn’t notice.nnIcing on the cake was when we called to complain. We tried to explain the situation and what we got was an earful from the lady telling us that it couldn’t be the case, that she did it all, that it should have been hot, and that it definitely was buffalo. Just a non-stop monologue of how we were mistaken. We ended up just hanging up. So at the end of all this, we are minus $15, a bin full of wings, and a profound dislike for Pizza Hut Camp Hill.

This pizzahut is very inconsistent with the quality of its productnIf they get it right, the pizza are good.nBut my experience is a 50/50 rate.nnI'm just getting home tonight with my pizza and its very much over cooked and dry.nnI normally go to dominoes at camp hill where my pizza is consistent, every time, and the staff are always friendly.nI'll take my business there going forward.nnSorry pizzahut. But you just need to maintain a consistent product and service.
