I would never go anywhere else. Mr Cowlishaw is completely ethical but will squeeze every single penny out of them wherever it is due. Highly recommended.

I have been using Tom for over 30 years now and he has provided excellent service throughout this time. Sometimes they can be a bit slow in response but the quality of the service outweighs this

he solved (1) problem . that was a of concern.n(2nd) one was to advise my self & wife on how to distribute a v/v large amount of money. & do our 2018-2019 tax returns.nmany phone calls & e mails i received the forms with the amounts to put into our super accounts .nwe did so . months later no response ( do you notice a recurring habit !)ni went to another accountant who did 2018-2019-2020 returns , then i receive from ato a bill for my self of $4000 & my wife $ 40,000 (yes $40,000 ) he cowlishaw 1 - didnt put in our returnsn2 - gave wrong advice on amount to put into supers .n3 - he put us way over the cap ! ( i think an accountant would get that wright .nhe will not respond to me in any way ( 20+ phone ) 20 + e mails .nnext step is to give him 7 days to do so, or off to the tribunal then lawyers.ndo hope this shows you how bad it can get ! just ( 1 ) CALL to me !!!

I have used them for years without a problem but this year not so good. I have been waiting for a response going on three weeks, each time I call I'm told someone will let me know. My return is not lodged with the ATO, Tom assured my partner and I we would get an email in a week outlining our return. Sad fact is up until this year I would have given a 5 star review, how hard is it to tell me how much and when will it be ready? Not returning calls or responding to emails is unacceptable.
