When I approached Spranklin McCartney Lawyers in November 2020, I had a good feeling as the conversations were fluent and questions responded to in a timely manner. As requested I paid in advance to get my contract made up/drafted and I have been waiting ever since. I was supposed to receive it in December 2020 which didn’t happen. I do understand December time can be flat out so I took it on the chin. Started contacting them several times again since January 2021 and I really had to push someone to get back to me after approx. 2 months finally. After two months trying to actually get even a draft was almost impossible and it took another dozen time of contacts via email and phone calls which were not responded from their end. Good part is I received my draft with massive delay after 3 months. But the draft had to be amended which I confirmed via email and phone conversation. I got told I will receive the updated version 2 weeks later.nnI have been waiting ever since. I have not been too pushy at all but send a reminder approx. every 3 weeks since beginning of March 2021. After 6 weeks waiting now again and trying contact them multiple times, I am more than disappointed and write this review which is not really my thing to do. But being ignored is not professional.

Peter, Chris and their team have been taking care of both business and personal issues for me for the past 7 years. They have helped with my terms and conditions, contractors agreements, wills and power of attorney and even commercial and residential conveyancing. I have used Spranklin McCartney now three times and I have always received fantastic customer service, I have dealt with Sheryn twice in the last year to help us with the conveyancing of our new houses, she makes the whole process really simple and is always contactable if you need a problem solved or question answered.nnIf you need help with conveyancing or a legal matter make sure you give this company a call as they will take all the pressure off and give you the correct advice.nnKeep up the great work.

Very prompt, reasonable prices and always kept in touch re the settlement of our property. They thought ahead and made sure all the required paperwork/documentation was completed in a timely manner prior to our overseas trip. Our property settled whilst we were out of the country. Extremely helpful.
