The flowers in this store is simply out of this world! Beautiful varieties of exotic blooms and by far the best flower arrangers in Brisbane. Treated myself to a bouquet of roses and orchids for my own birthday. Worth every cent.

The flowers from this shop are aesthetically pleasing , however, they don’t last. The past three times I have bought flowers from this shop, in about 48 hours they already start to look like I’ve had them for a week. The air conditioning in my house is on 24/7 so unsure how they are getting it wrong. I have gotten flowers from other florists and they’ve lasted for at least a week, some even 2 weeks or more . I just change the water. Hopefully this feedback helps the owner. Must be something they are not doing right.

I’ve had countless awful experiences with Flour and Bloom. Their Instagram promises gorgeous bouquets, but they either never arrive or die within 48 hours. The customer service is beyond terrible - they even admitted to turning their phone off during busy times. They take no responsibility for their errors and poor business management, instead passing blame to their couriers or other staff. Can’t forget their “giveaways” which are clever for publicity but are clearly rigged. Oh, and they still owe me $100. Avoid at all costs!!!
