Domino's Pizza Holland Park

Amazing delivery system! Not only do you get a live actual photo of your Pizza once it is cooked, you get live GPS updates as to where your pizza is and the exact time it will be delivered! Very impressed with their delivery service.

I had a terrible experience at the Holland Park store today. I ordered over the phone and a female staff member took my order. When I arrived at the store to pick my order up the staff appeared confused and denied having received my order. My name was not on the list of orders on the screen. The female staff member working in the back came out to the front and emphatically denied that they had received my order. Only after pulling out my phone records and a significant to and fro did they agree to look for my order. It took them only a few seconds to find my order, it was literally in the cabinet next to the register. Even I could see that it was my order long before the staff member found it, it wasn't that hard. The experience was incredibly disappointing considering the store was very quiet and had literally no other customers. Their lack of enthusiasm and carelessness were obvious.

The New Yorker is just a rip-off you better of having four $5 pizzas instead. Very disappointing product and no value for money

If I could do ZERO, I would.nSpoke to KYLIE, the OWNER and my goodness was she rude. I ordered $60 worth of food, rang as soon as I pressed order. I ask for light sauce. Well that couldn't happen cause the pizza was already coming out of the oven. THREE MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED (and I'm not even exaggerating), I appreciate how fast you are. BUT. if someone has a preferences YOU do it. Especially when the lovely young lady that answered told me how SLOW you were this evening. YOU are a shocking owner, I will look forward to my refund and the credit that you also owe me, cause you screwed up my last order. Lesson learned. CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE, KYLIE!!
