Selling one property and and buying another simultaneously can be stressful, but we had Jodie Collins from KRG manage both transactions for us. Jodie responded very promptly to all our queries and ensured the transactions were completed efficiently and hassle free. Thanks so much Jodie!

These people offer competitive prices and if you know what you are doing, they might be a good option. However, as a first home buyer we would not recommend them. The whole time it felt as though they were acting in the best interest of the sale, and not our (the client's) best interest. We received very little guidance throughout the sale, and even the additional searches we paid for were just nonsensical documents with an email saying 'please see attached'. In addition to this, there were five different people handling our case, which lead to me repeating myself a lot, and several near disasters of things that needed to be actioned, but hadn't. An example of this was when we were trying to ascertain a time we needed to transfer our deposit into a trust account, and it wasn't until days after requesting this information, we received an email at 2:45pm that we needed to go to the bank and organise it before close of business on that day.

We used Jodie to purchase our property. It was meant to be a straight forward purchase but a hiccup on the sellers side didn’t allow that.
