I phone called about materials that had not been delivered to the person I ordered through after I established they had been there for some time. I simply wanted to establish the materials would be delivered as I had been waiting over a week, the woman was very rude and defensive did not offer an apology or the information straight away. After telling her her response was unacceptable i would write a bad review and I also can take it further if the stuff isn't delivered that is poor business practice she became even more irate and demanded i don't write a bad review. Very very bad customer service
